ElevateZ.AI sells professional services for businesses that want to evaluate, plan, and implement practical AI systems. Services can include AI operations assessments, implementation roadmaps, workflow automation, AI education, and fractional AI leadership.

Service scope, deliverables, price, and timeline are confirmed before payment through the checkout page, invoice, proposal, or signed services agreement.

Payments may be collected by card or invoice through Stripe. Unless a checkout page or services agreement states otherwise, prices are listed in U.S. dollars and cover the specific assessment, project, or consulting service described at purchase.

Recurring billing is not used unless it is clearly disclosed and accepted in a separate agreement or checkout flow.

If you believe a charge was made in error, submit the contact form within 7 days of the charge so we can review it.

For fixed-price AI assessment purchases, a full refund is available before work begins. Once assessment work, analysis, or report preparation has started, refunds are reviewed case by case based on the work completed.

For custom consulting or implementation projects, refund terms are governed by the signed proposal, statement of work, or services agreement. If there is no separate written agreement, fees for completed work are non-refundable and unused prepaid fees may be refunded at SKBD LLC's discretion.

No physical goods are sold through this website, so return shipping and physical product returns do not apply.

Strategy calls can be rescheduled or canceled using the calendar link in the booking confirmation email.

Paid assessments or consulting projects can be canceled before work begins for a full refund. After work begins, cancellation terms follow the applicable proposal, statement of work, or services agreement.

By purchasing from SKBD LLC or engaging ElevateZ.AI, you agree to provide accurate business information and participate in the discovery, assessment, and implementation process needed to deliver the agreed services.

AI strategy and implementation services are advisory and operational services. We do not guarantee a specific revenue increase, cost reduction, search ranking, or investment result unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.

Clients retain ownership of their business data and materials. SKBD LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and know-how unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Any promotional offer will include its own eligibility, pricing, expiration, and redemption terms at the point where the promotion is presented. If no promotion terms are presented, no special promotion applies.

Services are subject to applicable U.S. laws. We do not sell physical goods, regulated financial products, medical treatment, weapons, controlled substances, or export-controlled goods through this website.
